Its adaptogenic properties tend to be at the forefront of modern supplemental use, believed to help significantly with symptoms of anxiety, in addition to issues with insomnia and brain fog. It is generally recommended to take around 500mg – 600mg of Ashwagandha powder daily, which tends to be around a teaspoon of powder in each approximate serving size found in our creamers. Read More

Coconut Milk

Coconut milk contains medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), which stimulate energy through a process called thermogenesis. Studies indicate that MCTs work to reduce unwanted body weight, and may also balance out unstable gut microbiota. In addition, coconut milk contains many beneficial compounds such as lauric acid, antimicrobial lipids, and capric acid; all of which have antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties. Read More. The powdered makeup of the organic coconut milk used as the base of all of our products is significantly more shelf stable than the otherwise compositionally identical liquid versions. We have also found that our specific choice of coconut milk carries an extremely neutral taste so that our products can be enjoyable to those who may typically dislike coconut "flavor."

Monk Fruit

Monk fruit is a small green melon frequently utilized in Eastern medicine as a cold and digestive aid. Removing the seeds and skin of the fruit, crushing it, and then collecting the juice transforms the solid fruit into a zero-calorie, sugar-like substance that provides natural sweetness. Mogrosides are the specific compounds that give monk fruit their sweet flavor and allow it to travel through the body undigested. Meaning, they do not contribute any caloric value, nor do they raise blood sugar levels. Rather than being absorbed in the upper gastrointestinal tract like most food, mogrosides travel to the colon. Gut microbes use the glucose molecules for energy while the rest is excreted through the urinary system.  Considering these factors, monk fruit is the primary natural sweetening agent in our creamers. Read More

Eating dates with some protein and healthy fats found in our creamers, will slow down this unwanted spike (and crash) in blood sugar levels further.  Read More
